Personal Information Policy

수집된 개인정보는 입학 전형 이외의 다른 목적으로는 절대 사용되지 않습니다. (단, 합격 시 학사행정정보로 활용)
Chung-Ang University will use the collected personal information solely in connection with the admissions process and not for any purpose other than as authorized by this agreement. (It will however be recorded and used as academic administration data, if admitted.)

개인정보 수집 항목 Personal information requested

지원자 정보(이름, 주민등록번호 또는 외국인등록번호, 국적, 주소, 전화번호, 휴대전화번호, 이메일 등), 학교 정보 등 Applicant's information(name, resident registration number or foreign registration number, nationality, address, telephone number, mobile phone number, email address, etc.), School information, etc.

개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적 Purpose of collection

입학전형(단, 합격 시 학사행정정보로 활용) admissions process only (It will however be recorded and used as academic administration data, if admitted.)

개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간 Terms of retention and usage of the collected personal information

개인정보 보유기간의 경과, 처리목적 달성 등 개인정보가 불필요하게 되었을 때에는 지체 없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다. (단, 합격 시 학사행정정보로 활용) The collected personal information is to be discarded, if the information is no longer in use for the following reasons;the expiry of period for retention of personal information, the termination of using the information for admissions purpose, etc.( It will however be recorded and used as academic administration data, if admitted)

본인은 중앙대학교 국제대학원 모집안내에 게시된 내용에 동의하며, 동 모집안내를 숙지하지 않아 발생하는 문제는 본인의 책임임을 확인합니다.
I agree to abide by the rules and regulations in the Admission Guide for International Students and will take full responsibility for any problems arising from failing to adhere to the same.

Disclosure of Personal Data to a Third Party(Educational Background Verification Agency)

대학이 본인으로부터 취득하게 된 본인에 대한 개인정보는 <개인정보보호법>에 따라 본인의 동의를 얻은 후 아래에 명시된 대상자에게 제공됩니다.
Personal information collected by the University is provided to the third parties listed below, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, after obtaining the individual's consent.

성명, 생년월일, 학력사항 Name, Birthdate, Student Records

개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간 Period of use and retention of personal data

제공일로부터 학력조회 완료시까지 활용, 준영구 보관 Personal data will be used until graduation Personal data will be retained semi-permanently
